Little Communicators Co. Early Communication Classes
Little Communicators Co. is a caregiver and me class that meets once a week for 45 minutes over a 5-week series. The class is suitable for children ages 1 - 3 years. This is a class designed and led by Alyssa Hemberger, MA, CCC-SLP, a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist. Each class incorporates language-rich play, literacy, and sensory exploration to promote language, communication, and social development.
We provide families and caregivers with the knowledge and tools to confidently support their child's communication in a fun and meaningful way during everyday moments at home.
Each class blends purposeful play, songs, movement, books, sensory exploration, and social interaction—all thoughtfully planned to create meaningful opportunities for your little one to communicate, connect, and learn.
Along the way, you’ll also learn simple SLP strategies in a fun and meaningful way that you can use during everyday routines at home to support your child’s communication and language development.
Our weekly routines intentionally include repetition, giving little ones the chance to become familiar with songs, activities, and expectations while building confidence and participation from week to week.
Throughout the series, we’ll work on:
→ Building connection and shared attention
→ Listening and following simple directions
→ Learning through movement, songs, and imitation
→ Practicing turn-taking, social interaction, and play
→ Encouraging gestures, sounds, and early words
→ Building vocabulary through meaningful play
→ Expanding language from words to phrases
Tuition for our 5-week semester is $200. Classes are held at Reformation Lutheran Church in Galloway, NJ. To join a Little Communicators Co. class series, click the link above to register.
